This is a decorative and functional piece of stoneware pottery. The bowl has a slight flat spot on the base allowing them to be displayed free standing on their side with NO easel when not in use. They are great for salads, fruit, chips, candy etc. or showing off all the beautiful colors as a decorative piece of art.

This piece can be cleaned with water and soap if needed. Let moisture in the clay dry thoroughly before placing back on a shelf or table. Cooling in a refrigerator is ok. Once your pottery is chilled or warmed it will help to maintain the contents temperature accordingly. Rapid drastic temperature changes are not recommended with pottery. For example: refrigerated to hot water, iced to cool water or sunshine. Always let your pottery come back to room temperature before washing.

About Crimson Sunset Pottery

This Pottery is made of Hi-Fire Stoneware, it is durable, vibrant, colorful and is functional or decorative. Our goal in designing this pottery was to have the ever popular red color be enhanced and more vibrant than just a plain red color. We wanted to create a red-orange sunset look that held onto the red as a dominant color. From this idea we created Crimson Sunset which has the dominant red, and some added orange to enhance the sunset look. This Pottery has a dark colored base that that is enhanced & enriched on a dark colored surface, it also blends well with wood colors. Whether you intend to use or display this pottery it adds color and elegance to any room. Cleans easily with water and soap if needed. Since we make this pottery by hand and also hand apply the glazes each piece may vary a little from what is pictured and be unique within itself.
